Here at The Ardentinny we like to use high quality, fresh ingredients to ensure your taste-buds are thoroughly tickled. Our head Chef, Eduardo, hails from Naples and loves his national cuisine as much as he loves our Scottish landscape. All our restaurant meals are created fresh, on-demand, by our small in-house team. This means we can cater to restricted diets (please give us as much notice as possible) and also that there may be a longer wait during busy periods (your patience will be rewarded with seriously tasty food).
When dining at The Ardentinny you can be sure of high quality, fresh ingredients; and this means our menu is subject to change! You can find examples of the kind of dishes we like to serve below. There will always be a selection of contemporary mains, pub classics and, of course, authentic Italian pizza and pastas. Regardless of what’s on the menu when you arrive, we promise it will look good and taste better!
